Review Description: I give it three stars because of the lack in audio signal, I have it set on far field BestMatch V but still it doesn't pick up my voice in the way other headsets do. I don't know if it's just me or if it's the headset that is broke. I have updated the firmware with Sennheiser's program both the headset and a USB dongle unfortunately it didn't do anything.

Review Description: WARNING: Australian, UK, NZ customers shouldn't buy this microphone if they plan to use it with Dragon. It will not work properly. It requires the user profile to be set up with the Far Field BestMatch V algorithm which is only available for US English speakers. Without the Far Field algorithm, this headset is woefully inaccurate to such a degree as to render it useless.

Review Description: I was debating between the Sennheiser Presence UC and a wired headset. I had made up my mind to buy wired headset. However, I was asking a question with support and they suggested that I look strongly at the Sennheiser Presence. I took a leap of faith and ordered it. It is a bit pricey but worth every penny. It dictates wonderfully with my desktop machine. I've not tried it on a laptop yet. It also has amazing noise cancellation. When I'm driving in my car no one can tell that I'm not at the office. The only downside to this Bluetooth headset is the earbuds that come with it. I like the earbuds that come with jawbone products. Sometimes it is a bit uncomfortable. However, I would still buy this headset over any other. FYI, I have a jawbone product, and a Plantronics device. The Sennheiser is leaps and bounds ahead of the competition in voice clarity and noise cancellation.
