KnowBrainer Inc Returns policy:


The KnowBrainer website includes a 30-day customer satisfaction, no restock fee guarantee, on everything we sell; even software. You only need to request an RMA (return merchandise summarization) through Sales@KnowBrainer.com. 

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For returns via mail, you must request an RMA number from us, carefully package the product, and we must physically receive the return within the 30 day period. KnowBrainer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.

Make a return by mail:

To request a return by mail, the purchaser MUST perform one of the following:
  1.  Call us at (615) 884-4558 (or fax at (615) 229-0270) with purchase information such as Name, Address, Phone number, and Email Address of purchaser, Date of Purchase, item to be returned and reason why.
  2. Send us an email at sales@knowbrainer.com to request an RMA and we do demand an RMA. KnowBrainer not only demands an RMA but we demand an excuse although quite literally any excuse will do including buyer remorse. The RMA is limited to 7 days. Beyond the initial 7-day period, KnowBrainer reserves the right to refuse the product upon return and to refuse to issue a refund of the purchase price. The product will be returned immediately to the purchaser’s address on file.

Restocking Fees:
 
We do not charge a "restock fee" when products are returned in "resellable" condition and with all manufacturer's packaging and literature. We will, though, ask that you pay any shipping costs associated with returning the product to us. In the unlikely event that a product is returned damaged or showing evidence of wear, we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee. As stated above, if there are parts missing and the product cannot be resold as a working "used" product, we will not issue a refund and will return your product to you.

Should a product fail to work properly after the initial 30 day period we will ask you to take up the issue with the manufacturer and will assist you as needed in finding proper channels for making your warranty claim with the manufacturer.
