Description: Lunis Orcutt of KnowBrainer is absolutely wrong!!! After a remarkably successful re-instillation/reconfiguration of my program and voice files described separately in Best of the Best, Lunis advised to me to wait rather than pre-pay $149 in advance for future support. Bad advice!!! This service to me has been both exceptional and indispensable. I don't mind purchasing this service many times per year if necessary. Nothing has been more cost effective and efficient in my experience since I became a Dragon user in 1999. I most sincerely encourage users to consider this service for all serious problems. Review Description: For more than 1 year I have lived in a state of terror due to recurrent and serious corruptions of my voice files ..... worried that I would lose them all at some point. So much so, then I would save a full copy of my voice files twice daily. I was experiencing multiple-severe Dragon crashes [associated with Microsoft Word and Internet Explorer crashes] daily. Since I probably have 10,000 custom words, and I have taught my system to know all the ICD-10 10 codes I use regularly [more than 500], this represented 100s of hours of work that seemed to have a perilous existence. A single 60 minute hands on session with Lunis Orcutt on Thursday 04-27-17 rectified all that and the system now works extremely well. The crashes have ceased, and my worries have dissipated. Jim Hall, the famous engineer/developer/owner/driver of Chaparral cars [1960s-1980s] followed a simple principle of the following order of things: 1st: Safety 2nd: Reliability 3rd Speed So it is with DragonDictate. This was an extremely necessary pit stop with KnowBrainer and Lunis Orcutt. Now I feel my system is safe from an unrecoverable disastrous crash/corruption. The reliability has been reestablished. Now the refinements to really establish the highest possible speed of performance can take place. It is easy for me to say that this service is the Best of the Best and a highly recommend it to anyone. John P Casey M.D.
